Hi, I'm Mike Stoll, the proud owner of Mr. Comfort Heating and Cooling. What I love most about being a small business owner in this area is the people. From employees to people in the community, spending time and giving back to the community means everything.

Josh William
Josh Williams is the Client Acquisition Specialist at Mr. Comfort Heating and Cooling. He takes pride in helping homeowners connect with a team they can trust for reliable comfort and honest service. Josh loves working for Mr. Comfort because the company truly values honesty, hard work, and treating every customer like family — principles that align perfectly with his own. Josh is also a proud U.S. Army veteran, having served for six years. Outside of work, Josh is a devoted husband to his wife, Sarah, and a proud dad to two kids. He’s actively involved in his community, coaching football and baseball for Miamisburg High School. When he’s not helping customers or coaching on the field, Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Zack Spencer
As an HVAC Service and Sales Technician at Mr. Comfort for over 4 years, I specialize in creating comfortable, efficient home environments while providing exceptional customer service. I’m proud to have built lasting relationships with homeowners who rely on me for honest advice and quality work.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Jayci, and our one-year-old son, Knox. I’m also an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys playing competitive softball, hunting, fishing, and going to country concerts.
George Patterson
Born and raised in Ohio. Geoge is a father of seven and soon-to-be grandpa. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and doing outdoor activities.
When George took on the role Service Installation Technition, he knew from the beginning that this career was meant for him. George loves knowing that each customer’s home is taken care of — whether it’s a diagnosis, repair, or replacement. George always aim to deliver the service every customer deserves. His goal is to keep you comfortable and provide the best solution for every situation.
Jeanne Stoll
Hi! My name is Jeanne Stoll and I have worked for Mr. Comfort since April of 2020. I enjoy working for a company that prides itself on great customer service and that believes our customers are the priority. Without you, our customers, there is no us.
I am the mom of two grown sons, one of whom is Mr. Comfort himself. I also have three grandchildren, ages 16, 12, and 11, who make my life brighter even on darker days, along with my cat Sugars who just joined the family in July of this year. I enjoy reading and binge-watching TV shows and I’m trying to get back into sewing.
Chances are that if you call the office, you’ll get to speak with me at some point. I do Mr. Comfort’s books and a lot of record-keeping and updating. I’ve worked in an office most of my adult life and also bartended and served for about 25 years. My most recent job before Mr. Comfort was at a cemetery for almost 13 years. I enjoy keeping my mind active and interacting with customers, even if it's only by phone.
Aaron Branham
Hello. My name is Aaron Branham. I currently live with my wife in Middletown Ohio. I graduated from Lebanon High School as well as attended the Warren County Career Center studying heating and air. I have worked in heating and air for over ten years, and I have worked for Mr. Comfort for over a year.
I enjoy hunting, fishing, riding ATVs, and hiking. Basically any outdoor activity.
Stacy Melloh
Hello, my name is Stacy Melloh. I have worked for Mr. Comfort for a year now within the office. I grew up in Trenton, OH and graduated from Edgewood High School in 1997. I currently live in Middletown.
I have 3 dogs and just recently took in 2 kittens. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and I am an avid hiker. I love being outdoors.
I look forward to continuing my journey with Mr. Comfort, and I am excited to see what the future holds.
Jesse Pikenton
Hi, I’m Jesse — a proud Miamisburg native and devoted family man. I’ve spent the last 15 years working in the HVAC industry, and I take great pride in serving my community with honesty, integrity, and quality workmanship. I graduated from the Rets Tech Center in 2008, and since then, I’ve built my career around helping people stay comfortable in their homes year-round.
I believe in doing things the right way—no shortcuts, no surprises—just dependable service you can trust. Miamisburg is my hometown, and the people here are more than customers to me — they’re neighbors and friends. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family or helping around the community.
Chaz Coy
Hello, my name is Chaz. I’m still fairly new to the HVAC field, but I’m a dedicated technician who takes pride in keeping people comfortable year-round. I enjoy solving problems, delivering quality service, and learning something new every day on the job.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors — golfing, playing softball, or spending time with family and friends. I believe in working hard, having fun, and keeping things cool… literally.
Ryan West
Ryan West is an installer for Mr. Comfort and has been with the company for 1 year. He takes great pride in ensuring every install looks great and meets our clients’ needs. Ryan goes above and beyond to ensure things are done correctly and is a true professional in every way.
He is a U.S. Army veteran who proudly served for 6 years. Ryan is a longtime resident of Miamisburg and is active in the community. He spends most of his spare time taking his kids to their sporting events and practices.
Joe Jaeggi
I’m an HVAC Specialist. I am dedicated to keeping clients cool, warm, and comfortable. In my downtime, I like to spend time with family and friends. I also like to unwind watching sports, golfing, and making memories.
